2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing 

We use a call recording system exclusively for calls made to and from our Company’s Support Department. The purposes of recording these calls are: 

  • Training of the Company’s Support Team members. 
  • Conducting sample quality checks to ensure continuous improvement in customer service. 
  • Using recorded conversations in case of potential legal claims. 

The processing is carried out only if you provide your explicit consent before the recording begins. 

3. Recipients 

The recorded material is accessible only to authorized personnel, associates and executives of our Company. 

This material is not shared with any third parties, except in the following cases: 

  • To competent judicial, prosecutorial, and police authorities when the recording contains information necessary for investigating a criminal act related to the data controller. 
  • To competent judicial, prosecutorial, and police authorities when lawfully requested as part of their duties. 
  • To the individual to whom the conversation pertains.

4. Retention Period 

We retain the data for five (5) years, after which it is deleted. If a legal reason arises within this period requiring further retention, we will keep the material for as long as necessary.

5. Data Subject Rights 

   Data subjects have the following rights: 

  • Right of access: You have the right to know whether we process your data and, if so, to receive a copy. 
  • Right to restriction: You may request that we limit processing, such as by retaining data you deem necessary for legal claims. 
  • Right to object: You may object to the data processing. 
  • Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your data. 
  • Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Right to file a complaint 

If you feel that the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Greek Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).Â
