Domain Ownership Change

If you are the current owner, you can enter the domain name on this page and follow the steps shown on your screen. Once logged into your customer area, you’ll be prompted to enter the new owner's information.

After the payment is completed, the registration details will be updated, the WHOIS database will reflect the changes, and one additional year will be added to the domain’s expiration date.

Important: If you are not the current owner of the domain, you must first request authorization from both the previous and current owners to act as their Representative. This is required to proceed with the ownership change on their behalf.
It is important to keep a copy of this authorization, either in digital or printed form, in case it is requested later.

It refers to a person or entity that has been explicitly authorized by both the previous and the current domain owner to approve, on their behalf, the update of information for a gTLD domain.

At the end of the process, both the new and the previous owner will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the ownership change, summarizing both the old and updated information.
As required by the latest ICANN policies, the domain cannot be transferred to another registrar for 60 days following the ownership change.

There is a fee for ownership changes (such as name or company name and address for individuals), and for changes in billing/tax information. Other changes are free of charge.

It takes two to three business days from the time we receive the necessary documents to complete the ownership change. If it takes longer, please resend the signed form and track your request’s status through your control panel.
