An email box is a storage space for electronic messages, where a user's emails are received, stored, and organized. It includes folders such as Inbox and Sent, allowing for efficient message management through email clients or web-based email services.

An email alias is an alternative email address that forwards messages to a primary email box without requiring a separate account. It’s commonly used to protect the main address from spam and to better organize incoming messages. For example, if your primary email is gp@todomainsou.gr, an alias could be support@todomainsou.gr or sales@todomainsou.gr.

Our system may block content that is or appears to be spam. In such cases, please contact us through the Control Panel. Send us the subject line of the email that triggered the error and include details about the message you tried to send. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Most email solution providers don’t offer free client-based sending. For example, they may not allow you to send emails using programs like Outlook or Thunderbird.
