This Service Order (“SO”) is an integral and substantial part of the General Conditions of Service (“GCS”) of ENARTIA Single Member S.A., a company with registered office at Herakleion in Crete at the address L. Ionias 66, 71306 (hereinafter “Enartia” or “Company”) to the Customer. Capitalized terms used in this SO have the same meaning as defined in the GCS. 

This SO contains the specific terms for the supply of .GR Domain Consultant Service. The commercial offer published online on Enartia’s websites (www.enartia.com, https://web.papaki.com/?lang=en) forms an integral part of these conditions. 

Where “Website” is mentioned, it refers to the website of Enartia’s brand “Papaki” https://web.papaki.com/?lang=en. 

1. ServiceDescription 

The “Application Review” service provided by Papaki enables the Customer to have their domain name registration request for a .GR domain name pre-checked before submission. Through this service, a specialized Domain Consultant reviews whether the request complies with the approval criteria defined by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT). The purpose of the service is to minimize the likelihood of rejection by EETT. 

2. ReviewProcedure

Upon activation of the service: 

  • The Consultant reviews the registration request for possible non-compliance with EETT regulations. 
  • If any issues are identified, the registration is preemptively cancelled by the Company, and the corresponding cost is refunded to the Customer as credits to their account. 
  • The Customer receives an email notification outlining the issues found and is guided by the Consultant for a proper resubmission. 

3. ReviewTimeframes

All .GR domain registration requests are reviewed by EETT within 5 to 7 calendar days. The “Application Review” service does not expedite nor guarantee final approval by EETT. 

4. SpecialTermsfor Domain Names 

  • For third-level domains where only the third level is variable, the Customer must be legally eligible to use the associated shared second-level domain. 
  • If the second-level domain contains a geographical term listed by EETT (Annex IB), the Customer declares that they are the competent Local Government Authority. 
  • For domain names ending in .gov.gr, the Customer declares they are a governmental body. 
  • The Customer agrees not to submit repeated unpaid registration requests for the same domain name, which may result in unnecessary blocking within the registry. 
  • The Customer must have settled all financial obligations to the previous registrar in case of a domain transfer. 
  • The Authorization Code must be unique, not previously used, and contain only alphanumeric characters for security purposes. 
  • If the Consultant deems the request non-compliant, the registration is automatically cancelled by the Company. 
  • If the Consultant approves the request but it is later rejected by EETT, the payment is refunded to the Customer either as credits or cash. 

5. Limitationof Liability 

The Company makes every reasonable effort to assess the compliance of the request with EETT regulations. However, the final approval or rejection decision lies solely with EETT, and the Company bears no responsibility for outcomes determined by the Authority. 
The Company’s liability is strictly limited to refunding the registration fee and providing instructions for a new submission. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from EETT’s review process or outcomes. 

6. Applicationof General Terms 

For any matter not explicitly covered by these special terms, the  General Terms of Use  and domain names SO shall apply, as published and in force on the Company’s official website.
